Return Policy

If…

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your Byoma order, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your original order, please contact us at orders@byoma.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

– Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

– Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, and the funds will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at orders@byoma.com.

Additionally, please contact your credit card company; it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be officially posted to your account.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send an email to: orders@byoma.com
