Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays and weekends). The order processing workflow includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and shipping arrangement. Shipments are not dispatched on statutory holidays or weekends.
We offer nationwide shipping across Canada, covering all provinces and territories: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, as well as remote northern regions.
We utilize official Canada Post services, specialized local courier lines, and dedicated air freight routes to ensure reliable tracking and smooth customs clearance. A trackable shipping number is generated for every valid order once it has been dispatched.
Standard Shipping Service: 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping transit times are calculated from the date the package leaves our warehouse. During peak shipping periods (such as Black Friday, the Christmas season, and Canadian statutory holidays) or in the event of customs inspections, delivery may experience slight delays; such delays do not constitute grounds for requesting a refund.
Free Shipping Service
Lost Packages: If the shipping tracking status remains unchanged for 20 consecutive business days, or if the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement shipment. Damaged Packages or Defective Products Upon Receipt: Customers must submit photos of the damaged item(s), photos of the outer packaging, and their order number within 48 hours of the shipping status being marked as “Delivered.” Upon verification, we will provide a free replacement shipment or issue a partial/full refund. Unclaimed or Refused Packages: If a customer actively refuses to accept a package, or if a package is returned due to being unclaimed, we will deduct the original shipping costs when processing the refund.
Prior to completing payment, customers must ensure the accuracy of their shipping address, postal code, and contact information. Our company assumes no liability for any lost or misdelivered packages resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer, a missing postal code, or errors in the provided contact information.
